Cancellations will be accepted if received in writing no later than May 1, 2010. Full refunds minus a $100 CAD processing fee will be issued. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions for the same amount of fees are permitted but must be made in writing. Please indicate the name and the title of the person who will be replacing the original registrant.
